Lakeview | Taumata occupies a 10-hectare elevated terrace on the edge of Queenstown’s CBD, offering breathtaking views of Lake Whakatipu and the Remarkables. This billion-dollar mixed-use development, once completed, will be one of Queenstown’s largest construction projects, housing up to 1,500 people and featuring public reserves and a new plaza. It will set a national benchmark for sustainability with its European-inspired mass timber construction, replacing traditional concrete and steel.

Lakeview development will include over 500 apartments, affordable co-living units, and three hotels, with around 50% of the area dedicated to public open spaces.
